Welcome, so are you looking for a 240sx? Do you have any drifting experience?

I don't have any drifting experiene but I do wanna learn. I would love to have a 240sx, corolla ae86 or something I could get into drifting with

Get a 240sx. That way when you wreck it, you can easily find parts to fix it. Also, they are pretty cheap.

I agree with getting the 240sx. Then you need to go to some drift practice days. Good luck. What is your price range on a car?

not a lot, the most I can do is $1000. I know thats low but I don't have much cash but the car doesn't have to be very pretty, as long as it's running and is not in too bad of shape it's all good

You can find a driftable car for about that price. Keep an eye out on Craigslist.

That's right kids, Bolts and torque settings in Z32's are purely an NVH issue, as the car itself fits together like DOHC Nissan Jenga.

Welcome its hard building a car on a budget but its totally worth it and the feeling of doing the work yourself (cos its too damn expensive to get somebody else to do it) is totally worth it. Upull & pay, craigslist, and this site will be your friend. A drift 240sx is a dream build. In an MR2 does weight in the middle help/hinder in drifting? *warning newb*

Few people understand the psychology of dealing with a highway traffic cop.

A normal speeder will panic and immediately pull over to the side. This is wrong. It arouses contempt in the cop heart. Make the bastard chase you. He will follow. But he won't know what to make of your blinker signal that says you are about to turn right. This is to let him know you're pulling off for a proper place to talk. It will take him a moment to realize that he's about to make a 180 degree turn at speed, but you will be ready for it. Brace for the g's, and fast heel-toe work.
