2000 Honda Civic EX Needs work CHEAP

Hi, up for sale is my 2000 Red Honda Civic EX. Has 72,XXX orignal miles. Clean title. Straight body except for the right front fender is dented and rear glass is cracked, however I have both parts to replace it and will include with the car. Black interior.

D16Y8 motor w/ a 5 spds tranny
Lowering springs

Problems:

The car does runs but blogged out between 1k and 3k rpm.
Have two check engine codes, one for the 02 sensor and one for the knock sensor.

I replaced both 02 sensors but code still comes on and I dont know what the problem is and Im too lazy to figure it out since I have other projects going on. Reason why the knock sensor shows because I broke the plug on the sensor, so that needs to be replace. The car runs good after I clear the codes but will come right back on and car will start to blog.
