This is a build I'm doing for customer. This is the 3rd Stage that I have done for him. Last time we upgraded his turbo and injectors to a SC61 and 1000cc. This time around were are upgrading the rest of the turbo kit, ignition system, catch can system, and some other electronic goodies.

This is the 3rd ebay manifold he has gone through. I finally convinced him to upgrade.

I found a little boost leak. ph34r.gif

Some of the new parts

Installed a custom catchcan setup. The can has a bottom -10 AN line that goes the back of the block too.

Now for a bigger intercooler. I wanted to use a precision core but it wasn't in his budget. It is a big improvement. It took a lot of modding the front support to get it to fit. I couldn't completely remove the front crush bar because that is what the bumper mounts to. I fabbed up the the passenger side pipe to be one piece and converted the intercooler to be a back door to avoid blowoff pipes. It had atleast 10 couplers before. Chainbreaker tiged the pipes up for me.

The new synapse turbo ramhorn manifold mounted up. I got the radiator in and installed the intercooler.

The oem fuel gauge/sender went out so he had me install and autometer replacement. I wish I took pictures of the intank sender I put in. It was a work of art. I also put in a turbo timer and a electronic boost controller.

I got the car all put together. Installed some onepiece headlights with HID's. It really updated the look. Now it just needs a paint job. There are some close ups of the bov and backdoor too.

I'm going to dyno the car Wednesday night.
~Eric

Thanks Erik and Ants.

Techno - That is the bov. From what the owner has told me the motor was done by budlongs. It has forged pistons (don't know brand), Eagle rods, and stock sleeves. Its got Skunk 2 valvesprings/retainers. It is on running E85 now.

Everyone has there own styles and taste. He's had his car for over 10 years. Cut him some slack or better yet pull up next to him and go for a run.
